WINDOWS SHORTCUTS

ALT+TAB: Did you know you can quickly switch between Windows applications by holding down the ALT key and then pressing the TAB key?

CTRL+TAB: Many Windows programs such as Excel will allow you to switch between opened documents by holding down the CTRL key and pressing TAB.

ALT+F4: Close program.
CTRL+ESC: Start menu.
CTRL+C: To Copy
CTRL+X: Cut
CTRL+V: Paste
CTRL+Z: Undo
CTRL+B: Bold
CTRL+U: Underline
CTRL+I: Italic

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK EMAIL TRICKS : Applying Stationery

Your outgoing emails can be engaging and even Holiday or Seasonally festive using email Stationery! Follow these simple instructions to add your personal touch to every email you send!

Difficulty: Easy

Time Required: less than 5 minutes

Here's How: To apply stationery backgrounds

1. Open a new mail.
2. On the Format menu, click Rich Text (HTML).
3. On the Format menu, click Apply Stationery see also More Stationery
4. Select from the pre-installed Stationery in your program.
5. Compose your email as usual.
6. That's it!

Here's How: To apply stationery backgrounds along with complimentary pictures, images, and fonts

1. Open a new mail.
2. On the Format menu, click Rich Text (HTML).
3. On the New Mail menu, click Select Stationery.
4. Select the stationery you want to apply.
5. That's it!
