If you need more control than CMS provides and you have adequate staff to dedicate
to your web maintenance and updating you can equip them with state-of-the-art
commercial web design tools and training. The main tools needed are an HTML
editor (such as Adobe Dreamweaver) and image editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements).
This option can be highly effective if you are willing to
make the investment in the required tools and the training
necessary to learn to use them.
