has lots of events and activities each and every month. But
keeping your website updated with all of these can be a
nightmare! Well, no more! With the , keeping your community up to date on what's happening
will be a piece of cake.
Our Activity Calendar integrates quickly and seamlessly with
your website and offers a month-at-a-glance view of your
Park District's scheduled activities. By default, the current
month is displayed but it's easy to navigate ahead or back
or even well into the future (or past). For every scheduled
activity, the title of that activity is displayed on the
day it occurs. The title is a link, so clicking on it will
take your users to another page where all of the details
on that activity are displayed. The details displayed include:

 In addition to the month-at-a-glance display you can also have a list of upcoming events on your home page (or any page) with all events displayed directly from your calendar. And when used in this manner the events will "disappear" from the list after they have passed automatically! So your home page can always have up-to-date events displayed.
Another important feature is event categories. This allows you to have a calendar dedicated to each major area of your website; all from a single system! For example, you can have a golf calendar that displays only golf events, a preschool calendar that displays only preschool events and so on. And of course you always have the option to display everything on a single calendar.
The calendar includes an easy-to-use administrative control
panel from which you can edit events, activate or deactivate
events and delete events.
