 Your Park District
has lots of events and activities each and every month. But
keeping your web site updated with all of these can be a
nightmare! Well, no more! With the , keeping your community up to date on what's happening
will be a piece of cake.
Our Activity Calendar integrates quickly and seamlessly with
your web site and offers a month-at-a-glance view of your
Park District's scheduled activities. By default, the current
month is displayed but it's easy to navigate ahead or back
or even well into the future (or past). For every scheduled
activity, the title of that activity is displayed on the
day it occurs. The title is a link so clicking on it will
take your users to another page where all of the details
on that activity are displayed. The details displayed include:

 Your calendar can be set up to allow only internal Park
District staff to submit events or you can open it up to
your entire community. However, in either case, no event
is ever activated and displayed on the calendar until you
have approved it. Each time an event is submitted, you receive
an email with a link to the suggested event. The event is
displayed in a web form so you can easily edit it if you
wish before activating it. Once you activate the event it
is then viewable on the calendar.
The calendar includes an easy-to-use administrative control
panel from which you can edit events, activate or deactivate
events and delete events.
